This is very insightful input, I have to say. However, I frequently find that screen capturing a specific process for explanation can be tedious, time consuming, and confusing in that I or the user must refer to the video several times in order to complete the specific process successfully. I recently came across a fabulous product from WalkMe that provides interactive on-screen “Walk’Thru’s”, as they call, which react based on the users actions. I recommend taking a look at their promo video and their website. This tool can be so useful for customers and users interested in utilizing screen recording software.
